Delete in the app
If you are signed in to TestFlock on Android:
- Open the app and go to any main screen.
- Tap the settings icon in the top-right corner to open My Nest.
- Scroll to the Account section.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate. You will be signed out and your account will no longer exist.
Request deletion from outside the app
If you cannot access the app, email us from the Google account address linked to your TestFlock profile:
Include the subject line TestFlock account deletion request. We will verify ownership and delete your account within 30 days, usually sooner.
Data that is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove:
- Your TestFlock profile (name, email, photo, egg balances)
- Your app listings, icons, and listing details
- Your notifications and push notification tokens
- FlyMate requests where you are a participant
- Your Firebase Authentication sign-in record
Data that may be retained
Some information may remain in anonymized or aggregated form after deletion:
- Historical flock or testing records that other developers rely on (for example, completed check-in rollups on their apps) may keep de-identified entries without your profile or contact details.
- Server logs and security backups may be retained for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy.
When deletion is temporarily unavailable
You cannot delete your account while you have an app in a flock that is still filling, in an active flock test, or in an active FlyMate pairing. Finish or leave those testing commitments first, then delete your account from My Nest or email support.
