By using TestFlock (the app or website at jointestflock.com), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
TestFlock is a reciprocal Android beta testing platform that connects indie developers who test each other's apps to pass Google Play closed testing. Users list apps, join flocks, match with FlyMates, perform daily check-ins, and exchange feedback.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid Google account. You must comply with Google Play Developer Program Policies and Google Play Console terms when listing apps.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate app information and valid closed testing links
- Complete daily check-ins and testing commitments when you join a flock or accept a FlyMate request
- Leave honest, constructive feedback — not spam or promotional content
- Not upload malicious apps, malware, or content that violates applicable laws
- Not abuse, harass, or impersonate other users
- Grant required permissions (e.g., usage access) only for legitimate check-in verification
Reciprocal testing pledge
By joining a flock or accepting a FlyMate partnership, you pledge to install, open, and provide thoughtful feedback for partner apps over the agreed testing period (typically 16 days).
Egg reputation system
Plain eggs and golden eggs are in-app reputation metrics. We reserve the right to adjust egg awards to prevent abuse. Egg counts do not constitute monetary value.
Intellectual property
TestFlock and its branding are our property. You retain ownership of your apps and feedback content. You grant us a license to display your app listings and feedback within the service.
Disclaimer
TestFlock is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee that using TestFlock will result in Google Play approval or production access. Google Play policies are set by Google and may change.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestFlock shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
